Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in establishing and nurturing client relationships. In this remote, part-time position, you will contribute to our business growth by providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales process. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist clients with payment processing, confirm transactions, resolve billing-related issues, and facilitate the closure of sales deals.
  • Order Management: Assist clients with placing orders, handling refunds, and managing product exchanges as necessary.
  • Account Management: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Qualifications

  • Work Authorization: Must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field. Experience in payment processing and order management is a plus.
  • Reliable Transportation: A personal vehicle is required for occasional local travel. Travel expenses are reimbursed at $2 per mile.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize client needs.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
